TOS

By ordering a commission you are agreeing to my terms of service. Failing, to do so will result with the commission being cancelled. By reading and agreeing with the Terms of Service, you are acknowledging the terms for your commission. These will be referred to in the case of a dispute.

Commerical Commissions:
Commercial Commissions revolve around any projects in which you, the client, is able to generate any type of profit of my, the artist's, artwork / drawing.What I will Draw / Won't Draw applies to this type of commissionsCommerical commissions include, but are not limited to: Youtube / Twitch / Patreon Banners, Promotional Artwork, Game / Cinematic Assets, Emotes / Emojis, Merchandise, or Published Media.Prices are 1.5x the initial listed price.
Work in Progress (WIPS) & Revisions
You, the commissioner, are limited to a 3 WIPs per commission upon a request base only.1 WIP will be provided for overall pose, and scene that does not fall under the 3 WIP limitation. This is to solidfy details and feedback early on.You do not own the rights to the WIPs. WIPs will contain the artist's signature and or watermark.Minor revisions (small color changes, or adding / removing missing elements etc) will not have additional charges.Major changes as different poses, clothes, backgrounds or vastly different color changes will have a revision fee based off complexity and additional time to fix the issues.

Payment Process

Paypal (USD)Once details are confirmed from both artist and commissioner, I, the artist, will send an invoice. The commission will start after payment has gone through to me.Both parties must agree to details before money can be sent. Will not accept payment before that and the commissioner will be refunded.2 Day grace period for payment to be sent. If I am not paid, the commission will be declined and or sent to the end of the queue.Payment issues should be notified to me within the time period. Commission will be declined if not paid within the timeframe and I will move onto the next commissioner in the queue.$100 commissioners or higher can be paid half up front, then the rest when the commission is done. Preview of the finished will be given, but the full product will be sent after the rest of the payment is completed.

Refunds

Refunds are only possible during the commission processs, not after the final product is sent to the commissioner. If you need your money back contact me immediately!The commissioner does not hold any rights to use any WIPs created from cancelled commissions.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will also be forbidden to commission me ever again.I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money given to me for the finished product.Unless a proper NDA has been made during the commission process, I may post all the WIPs, finished and unfinished products pubically, to any platform, if the commission was not settled, cancelled on the artist or the commissioner's end.

Commission Process

First come first serve basis. Should there be a long queue, commission will take longer to complete.Depending on the amount of commissions I have to do and other factors such as my health, family, living conditions, and complexity of your commission, it will take time.Emotes usually have a day or 2 turnaround, but be aware of any other circumstances that may take longer to complete.Weekly updates will be given to ensure progress being made on your commission (Character only).Your commission will be sent as a full resolution digital file to your email.Unless specified by the commissioner to not post during the commission process, I the artist can post the WIPs on social media. (Includes posting on any social platform and or recorded on live stream [Twitch])

Copyright and Usage Policy

The Commissioner is allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwisePrint the art (For self use only. To NOT be sold elsewhere)Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itselfPublicly post the artwork online/offline with proper credit given to the artist as mentioned in the general terms.

I, the artist, am allowed to:

Hold every right to the produced drawing, but not the character(s)Use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself onlinePublish books with itDisplay it anywhere to my likingPost it wherever I want* (In the case of private commissions, I will not post it publicly on my social media accounts. However, it will be displayed as a part of my online portfolio if I desire it. Further more, if the commissioner chooses to post their commission online despite choosing for it to be private, I hold the right to post the work publicly as well. If you are in any way uncomfortable with this, DO NOT issue a private commission.)

Copyright Infringement

Reproducing, distribution, and/or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without first agreeing to it with I, the artist (Meaning making money off of it in any way without it first being agreed upon)Taking credit for the creation of the artwork/No proper credit of said work when repostedRemoving any watermarks/signatures from my WIPs and using themAltering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consentIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will be forbidden to commission me again. A warning will also be sent out to others.

These listed prices are for non-commercial use. Read TOS for actual price if your commission is for profit / commerical use.
Additional characters, elements, and or backgrounds will cost additional fees depending on complexity on a case by case basis.
